2. H.S.C. (Std. XII) mark sheet.

3. School leaving certificate of H.S.C. (Std. XII).

4. Certificate of the Indian Nationality

5. Domicile certificate.

6. APAR ID card

In addition to the documents mentioned in Sr. No.  1 to 6.

For  S.C./ S.T./ VJ /NT /O.B.C/ SBC/SEBC/EWS categories 

7. Caste certificate

8. Caste/Tribe validity certificate

9. Non creamy layer certificate valid upto 31^st  March 2027.

10. Income Certificate (OBC, SEBC, EWS, VJNT, SBC category)

11. For B.Pharm Admission: Marksheet of MHTCET/NEET Exam

12. For DSY B.Pharm Admission: All Marksheet of D.Pharm

13. For M.Pharm Admission: All Marksheet of B.Pharm and GPAT Exam
