6-Day Employability Skill Training Enhances Students’ Professional Readiness at DRGIOP
Dr. Rajendra Gode Institute of Pharmacy, Amravati, in association with the Mahindra Pride Classroom Project of Nandi Foundation, Pune, successfully conducted a 6-day Employability Skill Training Program from 6 August to 13 August 2025. The program was designed to equip students with essential skills for personal and professional growth.
The training was led by Ms. Juili Patil, an experienced trainer from the Mahindra Group, who focused on professional grooming, art of speaking, interview preparation, group presentation, critical thinking, and money management. Through engaging sessions, she not only shared valuable knowledge but also inspired students to think critically, communicate effectively, and present themselves with confidence.
The program was inaugurated in the presence of Dr. P. V. Burakle, Principal, DRGIOP, and Ms. Juili Patil. The valedictory function on 13 August 2025, featured certificate distribution to all participants, while five students showing exceptional transformation during the training were honoured with trophies from the Nandi Foundation.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks presented by Ms. Mohini Khodaskar, B. Pharm IV Year student. The initiative was organised under the inspiration of Hon’ble Yogendraji Gode, President, IBSS, and Ms. Tanvi Gode, Secretary, IBSS, with guidance from Dr. P. V. Burakle, Principal, DRGIOP. The entire program was coordinated by Dr. Snehal S. Manekar, IQAC Coordinator, DRGIOP.
